Last weekend, 300 kids/students broke in and vandalized this residence that has been our home since 1981.
They were drinking (underage), doing drugs, selling drugs and destroying property. It looks like there was over $20,000 in damage to the home, and we’ve yet to determine the cost of all the items
GUYS THIS IS SHAMEFUL
THESE KIDS BROKE INTO SOMEONE’S HOUSE AND HAD A 300 PEOPLE PARTY, STOLE THINGS, VANDALIZED HIS HOUSE, DID DRUGS, ROOFIES, DRANK ALCOHOL, EVERYTHING.
THERE’S ABOUT 20,000 DOLLARS OF DAMAGE AND WHEN BRIAN HOLLOWAY, KIND SOUL THAT HE IS, MADE A DAY/WEBSITE (helpmesave300.com) TO HAVE EVERYONE HELP CLEAN UP HIS HOUSE—50 PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND ONLY ONE OF THEM WAS AT THE PARTY.
THAT IS DISGUSTING AND EMBARRASSING.
SPREAD THE WORD.
DON’T LET THEM THINK IT WAS “A FUCKING GREAT PARTY” BECAUSE WE ARE DECENT HUMAN BEINGS AND WE DON’T SUPPORT THIS KIND OF SHIT.
NPR has an article up discussing this and how Holloway has been drawing attention to the tweets and posts kids put up. The parents of the party goers are chastising him for it.
One of the people who helped clean despite not being at the party made him an apology card and a platter of brownies.
“Update at 12:35 p.m. ET. Parents May Sue:
, “parents of the hundreds of teens who broke into and destroyed former NFLer Brian Holloway’s upstate vacation home are threatening to sue him for outing their brats on Twitter — saying he’s spoiling their chances of getting into college.”
Update at 11:35 a.m. ET. Stolen Headstone From Grandson’s Grave Has Been Returned:
"JC” writes in the comments thread that “the most disgusting act was left out of this article — the fact that these teens stole the headstone of his grandson that died at birth.”
That certainly was worth noting, so we want to thank “JC” for making sure we do.
As Holloway wrote, it’s “a granite eagle, of great value to our family; it’s the headstone for my grandson, Dyanni who died at child birth.”
Thankfully, on Holloway’s “Help Me Save 300” website, it’s now reported that the granite eagle has been returned.”
“MY SON MAY HAVE VANDALIZED YOUR HOUSE AND DESECRATED A GRAVESITE FOR YOUR GRANDSON WHO DIED AT CHILDBIRTH, BUT NOW HE CAN’T GET INTO COLLEGE”
What do you expect from kids who were raised by adults who think this is ok because ‘muh brat’s college’.
